Wooden Potato Crate

Potatoes are best stored in a cool dark place that is well ventilated. This robust and simple wooden crate reduces the chance of sprouting. The open structure of the crates allows the produce to be well ventilated, so that it will stay fresh for longer. The well designed system with oblique bottom and sliding lower tray always presents the oldest produce first. The freshly harvested produce should be placed in the top of the crate. Apart from potatoes you could just as well store apples or onions in this crate.
